This week has been a lesson that is long overdue. I learned that i can not try to make my reality someone else's. We all strive to find the truth in everithing. We want to know what foods are good and bad for us, we want to know how things work and how to fix them. One thing that seems to be impossible to find the answer to is the meaning of life and is there or isn't there a god. The truth is we all live in our own realities. the thoughts and suggestions that are put into our daily lives are also the result of how our lives are lived. If you wake up everyday and say your life sucks and you go through your day with the same attitude, chances are your life is going to suck. I wake up everyday and am happy and cheerful. I imagine how great my day is going to be. Then I live the day exactly the way I planned. When bad things Happen I let them go and pretend they never happened or i deal with them in the most compassionate and happy way i can and my life is great. Before i discovered this key I hated life and so life hated me back. Because me and life have a relationship and life will treat me the way I treat it. So if we create our own realities, then is there a real truth? Yes, there is. Love is the foundation that everthing is built. No matter what that love of yours may be. Mine is to help people, you may love money, or attention, what ever it is that motivates your actions that is a form of love. So therefor, nothing can exist with out love. What i learned is i need to make sure my love is always pure with no harmful influences and no harmful actions, towards me and to others.. I learned that i can control the outcome of a situation as long as i listen to my heart and use my head. The love and light of god is always on me and everyone of you. The only real truth is LOVE. Think about what it is you really love and how it creates the world around you. If that love is not pure, change it to one that is.     DNA

Creating Psiballs

Definition

Psiballs are balls of psychic energy. They can be any size, density, shape, texture, etc. They can be used to carry information, investigate an area, heal, warm, or cool an area, or simply to play with and to practice energy control.

Shaping Energy

Draw energy and direct it outward through your hands. Cup your hands as if you were holding a baseball or a ball of cookie dough, with one hand below it and one above it. Picture the energy flowing from your body, through your arms, and out through your hands.

Feel the energy swirling and building up between your hands. Make the energy into a ball between your hands, making it denser as you add energy. It doesn't matter whether your eyes are open or closed - do whichever is comfortable for you.

Let yourself feel the energy between your hands. Notice any push or pull between your hands, any difference in heat, changing density of the air, sparks of light, waviness of the background behind the energy ball, or anything else that changes.

If you have difficulty creating a strong enough psiball to feel, try drawing more energy and adding that energy to it. It may take practice to make a strong enough psiball to physically see waviness in the air, but you should be able to feel it quickly. Do not worry if you only feel it, and can not see it; that is normal. You may feel a lot of heat between your hands; this means you have drawn energy through them properly.

The sensations you feel may be very slight: tingles, pressure, or tightness. Trust your sensations. You're learning both to shape energy and to perceive it, at once. Both take some time to gain confidence with. If you think you felt something, you probably did.

Learning Control

After you are comfortable making a psiball, try working with friends. Each person starts by creating his or her own psiball. Then combine all of the psiballs into the center of the circle. Each person continues to add energy to the center. After a few minutes, discuss how each person perceives the energy. As a group, try changing the temperature or the density of the energy.

Practice regularly to improve your speed at creating psiballs and your control of them. As you become more comfortable making them, try variations. Make shapes other than a ball; try fire, a pool of water, a crystal, and any other shape you can imagine. Try changing the temperature of the energy, making it extra warm or extra cool. Make the energy carry different emotions, being agitated, or soothing. If you have a willing partner, try using an energy ball to tickle them.

Make a large energy ball of happy energy, and cover a friend in it. If you do it with a willing friend, but at a time they don't know what's happening, you can see how strongly it affects how they feel. (This often has the effect of making the receiver very happy and bouncy, as if they've had too much sugar or caffeine.) The energy can also be used to heal, by keeping the intention of healing as you create the ball and share the energy with someone.

Psiballs don't have many "practical" uses - their primary purpose is to learn basic energy perception and control. Beyond that, they can be used in all the same ways any energy can.

Common Problems

Q: I was able to make a psiball once, but it was weak and I can't do it anymore.A: Try drawing more energy to make the psiballs. Since you were able to do it once, you have the technique, just not the strength. Let things happen gently, without forcing them, and be sure you are adding enough energy to make a strong psiball.Q: I have drawn energy and tried to shape it, but I don't feel any energy ball forming.A: Either you are not creating an energy ball, or you cannot feel the one that is there. First, open up your mind to feel any sensations around the ball, no matter how small. If you feel no sensations at all, try putting much more energy into the energy ball. It may take many times the amount of energy you expected. Also, let the energy leave your body; don't hold it in. Focus on letting go of it as it swirls around between your hands.Q: I can make an energy ball but it immediately falls apart, or just doesn't do what I want it to.A: Energy follows thought, so practice keeping your mind focused on the one thing you want the energy to do. As you practice, learn to keep your mind focused even through distractions. What you think and expect is what the energy will do, so as you practice, expect the energy ball to last longer and longer, until you decide to let it stop existing. You may need to continuously add energy to keep the psiball in shape.

These are exercises designed to help you be able to see Auras.

Concentration exercise 1
Place the picture in Fig 1 about 1.5 m in front of you. Look exactly at the black spot for 30 seconds or so and observe colored dots with your peripheral vision. Resist temptation to look anywhere else but the black spot.

Note that colored areas seem to be surrounded by the “Aura” of a different color. When peripheral sensors are stimulated for some time, we have color sensations, much different than when we use the central vision. The longer you concentrate, the brighter is the “Aura” around colored areas, because your sensitivity increases. Yesterday you could look at this picture for hours and never see anything. Concentration at ONE spot for long enough is the key. Rather than the true Aura, this exercise demonstrates the principle of how to look to see human Auras by making you aware of certain specific capabilities of your eyesight and your perception.

Concentration exercise 2
This exercise aims to stimulate the communication between both hemispheres of the brain, thereby increasing the "processing power" needed to see Auras. Place the picture in Fig 2 about 1 meter in front of you. Stretch your hand forward so that one of your fingers is between and underneath circles.

Change focus on the tip of your finger and overlook the circles. You should see 4 circles. Then aim to overlap the middle two to see ONE CIRCLE WITH A WHITE CROSS on top of your finger, in the middle between the two. Seeing the cross is the evidence, that the left hemisphere of the brain (connected to the right eye) is communicating with the right hemisphere (connected to the left eye).

Self Hypnosis

The most basic form of self-hypnosis is a basic relaxation trance.  There are several ways to reach this type of state, and two such processes are outlined in this article.  If you wish further instruction, you may want to check out one of our self-hypnosis instructional tapes.   Or our  Learn Self Hypnosis Tape set.

Otherwise, please feel free to follow these instructions, and enjoy a nice time of relaxation.  These can be very useful for falling asleep.

WARNING: It is easy to become groggy or spaced out when using trance.  Be sure to guide yourself completely back from this state. Practice this technique ONLY where it would be theoretically safe to fall asleep. Do something active afterward to completely guide yourself back before doing any activities such as driving. Do not even READ this section unless it would be theoretically safe for you to drift off or fall asleep at this time.

Method One- 

Color progression.

There are various levels of brain activity, beta, alpha, theta and delta are only a few  Beta is the normal awake state.  Alpha is the light trance and relaxation state, before sleep for instance. Theta and Delta are deeper forms of trance and sleep like states, with delta being associated with deep learning states.

The mind responds to certain color images or thoughts and will place one into various levels in accordance with what w\one is visualizing or thinking of at a given time.  For instance, thinking of  a stressful situation is naturally going to place one in a level at beta or above.  As one imagines a relaxing scene, or thinks of a relaxing time, they will naturally re-enter an alpha sate.

It is not necessary to be able to make images in one’s mind, or to imagine pictures to do this, simply thinking about the individual colors will be enough.  If one has a difficult time thinking of a color floating on its own, then simply think of something that IS that color and then think about the color floating off of it.

The color spectrum, from red down to purple, corresponds with the various stages of relaxation which run from beta down to alpha- by following these instructions, you can easily enter a basic alpha state… if you are concerned about remembering these steps, then you may wish to record them on tape and play them back for yourself.

COLOR PROGRESSION:

Sit or lay comfortably in an environment where you know you will not be disturbed. Make sure your clothing is comfortable and non-constricting. Make certain that the lighting level is also comfortable. When you begin, take some time with each color/ level, and simply notice the feelings in your body and how they change as you take the time to go through the process.

Beginning at Beta, the awakened state, close your eyes and take three, DEEP, slow breaths.  Notice how, as you inhale, you build up certain tension in your shoulders and chest, and as you exhale completely, he tensions flows away with the exhalation.

In your mind, visualize or think of the color RED.  Red is associated with he beta state.  There is no need to make a picture of the color red, if you are not good with visualization, simply think f the color if that is all you can do.  If you have difficulty working with an abstract color, simply think of something that is that color, like a fire engine or apple, and think about the color drifting off the object or the object coming closer until all that is there is the color red. Notice how you are feeling at this moment, notice the rhythm of your breath and the way the thoughts run through your head.

Now, imagine the color Orange. Simple allow the red to fade, and be replaced in your mind with a vivid orange color and notice how the mind and body already begin to make subtle changes as they move toward the relaxed Alpha state. Imagine what it would be like to comfortably breath in that color, Orange and notice the warm, comfortable secure feelings that begin to accompany this.  Stay here for a moment, and simply enjoy this state of being.

Step #3- Allow the thoughts of orange to fade to thoughts of a vivid yellow, like a fresh lemon or newly bloomed butter cup flower.  Often the breath changes to a slightly faster but deeper one at this point, almost like a sigh or quick yawn. Notice any changes that happen in your overall state and enjoy the shift in attention from outside yourself to inside.  If there are any thoughts or outside sounds that distract you, they can be acknowledged and allowed to drift away at this point. They need not be important.

The fourth step will be more profound a change as you allow the color of focus to become green, like a freshly mowed meadow. Notice how with this green there is less movement of the body, and it becomes less of a challenge to simply drift and relax.  Also notice what comforting images thoughts or sounds come into your mind if any. Take a few moments to enjoy this level before proceeding to the next to the last level before Alpha.

Now, allow the color on your mind to transform to beautiful blue.  A blue color like deep blue eyes, or a light sky blue, as you see fit will do nicely.  Enjoy the slow comfortable breathing, and the quietness of the mind.

And as you enter alpha, think of the color purple, and deep royal purple and what it would be like to allow the color to surround you in a comfortable light or mist. You have reached a basic alpha state.

At this point you can do several things. You can allow yourself to go back through the colors to awaken completely. You can simply enjoy this level, and possibly drift to sleep. You can focus upon goals or outcomes you wish to set for yourself, and how to obtain them. You can deepen the state using the thinking of visualization plan provided next.

Deepening

Think of yourself stepping out of the purple color and into a white hallway.  Again, you need not visualize this, simply think about it if need be.  The hallway can be made of white marble, or carpeted, and notice as you walk down it, 5 steps to the end, what sounds you might also notice in this hall.  The hallway ends at the top of a comfortable set of stairs.  You may think of or imagine these stairs anyway you like, but know that there are 21 steps to the bottom.  If stairs are uncomfortable for you, then steps of clouds, or an escalator can be used.  ANYTHING that allows you to descend into a deeper state is fine.

Now, begin descending one level at a time, counting from 21 to 0 as you do, taking your time and going down one level for each breath you take.

Notice how your can feel your mind drifting into a more relaxed, entrancing and trance-formative state with each step you think about taking.  When you reach the bottom, you may even be approaching the top of the Theta level of trance.

How To Use The Trance

Suggestions or Goals if you prefer must have certain qualities in order to be effective.  Learning self hypnosis is best taught in an office setting by a licensed professional hypnotist, and a text instruction like this can only be expected to be used for the most basic of relaxation and goal setting until the individual has become more practiced at using the unconscious mind.

 You can however allow this state to be a doorway to using your own unconscious resources if you follow some simple guidelines and write down and set a goal BEFORE entering the trance state as outlined above.

 To use the trance, you need to formulate a goal, preferably in writing, and it must meet these guidelines:

  • The goal must be stated in the positive.  State what you WANT rather than what you don’t want.
  • The Goal must include all the descriptive information about who, what, when and where you wish to have this goal.  BE SPECIFIC!
  • You just include a specific sense of HOW you would know if you had achieved the goal. On an internal level, what would you see, think, feel and hear.
  • What resources would you need, from INSIDE yourself, in order to have this goal? What would you have to b able to do, what would you need to believe, what would have to be different about your identity?
  • Once that is done, take the page of text, and boil it down to one positively states sentence and insert it into the following paragraph which you should read, aloud or silently several times before entering this trance.

PRE TRANCE SCRIPT:  I am asking my unconscious mind for its protection and its help with the following goal:    (Insert your sentence here)       in just the right and healthful ways for me.  I trust my unconscious mind to help me take care of the specific steps and procedures needed to allow me to generate the new options, feelings, thoughts and behaviors to accomplish this as I enter this trance-formative space.

Then enter the trance state, and allow your unconscious mind to do the rest.

WHAT TO EXPECT: 

Be patient with your unconscious mind!  If you haven’t been listening to it or working with it for a while, it may take time to build rapport so it will work with you.   Also, if you are trying to change some behavior or thinking, you may need to examine what the positive intent of that behavior is- in other words, what side BENEFIT does it give you. Even if the behavior itself SEEMS to be negative, try to imagine what positive side effect it may have for you.  You may need to figure out another way to achieve the same positive side effect for the negative behavior to be gotten rid of.

Automatic Handwriting


A form of channeling, or psychic ability, to receive impressions, vibrations, which are beyond those normally received by the five senses. Such information is translated into the touch sense of writing.

As with any psychic ability, development and practice requires:

  1. Relaxed openness
  2. confidence
  3. Concentration

To embark on this practice, consider the following activities developed by fluent Automatic Handwriting channelers.

Relaxation - Meditation is probably one of the most powerful tools to help you to understand and feel (physically and emotionally) the state of relaxation and half-trance necessary to begin to write/channel. Complete relaxation occurs when you begin to channel/write; the hand (or the voice in voice channeling) becomes an extension to the information you seek. If you are having difficulty, meditate before trying to channel/write. Clear your mind and relax!

Materials - Initially, it is preferable to work longhand. As you become more comfortable as a channel/writer and the information you are receiving is flowing, you may choose to work on a computer or typewriter. For some people, it is preferable because they have learned to compose their own writing on computer. The better a typist you are, the more comfortable you may be with this method. It is not a recommended method for the "hunt and peck" typist where the mechanics of what you are doing would tend to get in the way of receiving the information.

The recommendation first and foremost, is to do what you are most comfortable doing. Whether you sit at a table or sit with a pad on your lap is a matter of personal preference. For many writers, writing comes the center of the body, moving down the arm. There is often a lot of movement when writing, so you may prefer to sit at a table with the paper before you.

It is recommended you use a tablet of some kind where the paper is bound together. You will want to keep your early writings so a spiral notebook, or composition book, will keep your writing in chronological order. Keep your pages in the order written and after channeling Date Your Page. Do not use erasable paper, it will smudge.

In the beginning, the writing instrument is important. It is an extension of your hand and should be comfortable and assist in producing a fluency to the information, and not a barrier. A roller ball may be the perfect instrument, but again, do what is most comfortable for you.

Intent- For anyone requesting information through a channeled source, it is recommended that the intent be examined. Whether you choose to write a contract about what you will or will not accept is an individual decision, but it is recommended that a you keep certain aspects of the process the same for each time you prepare to channel/write.

Activity Suggestions:

  • Pick a certain time of day.
  • Choose a certain room/table/chair where you are comfortable and will be uninterrupted. Meditate before you channel, or say a prayer.
  • Read a passage in your favorite book of inspiration -- perhaps a random selection from the Bible, the I Ching, The Book of Tao, or perhaps your favorite book of poetry, but whatever ritual you create, by all means, center thyself.

Once you are ready, write your question at the top of the first page. Begin by writing the first things that come into your head. Once the writing begins, the hand will continue without conscious effort or thought. In the beginning, circles and figure eight's are common, but stick with it. As you continue, thoughts will pass by and you will be partially aware of what is being written. Allow there to be a slight distraction (a distant television, or radio or music playing) that can mildly distract the analytical in you that can stop the information from flowing. Have fun, and relax. Know that you are in control at all times. If you are not comfortable, stop and ask for assistance.
